How To Test Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1 Without Installing It
I have put together a Portable Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1 so that users don't have to install it (if you do install Firefox 2A1 then there are issues uninstalling it) and it uses a seperate profile. Now you won't screw up another Firefox installation while testing this one! Hope it helps somebody else.

There have been a lot of visitors to my site to download the Tinderbox Build of Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1. The downside to this build is that the uninstaller does not work properly and there are a lot of extension incompatibilities. I have since devised the best solution that i can think of so that people can test this version without messing up any other Firefox installations.
All you have to do is download the Portable Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1 file below. Then you unzip the file and browse for the file PortableFirefox.exe. Just execute that file and you will be running Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1! The profile is kept with the PortableFirefox folder so you don’t have to worry about messing up your other profile and the uninstallation process is simple…just delete the folder!
I have not fully tested it for all compatibilities but I am using it right now and it seems to be working like a champ. I will probably be consistently updating this for each version of Firefox that is released. So check back here when newer versions of Firefox are released!
